Job Description
We are looking for ECE AND PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS!Green Carpet School located in Lusaka, Chawama Compound seeks the services of:PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES ( MAIN DUTIES)
v. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans following the Zambian Primary Curriculum.
v. Prepare Schemes of work and weekly forecasts following the Zambian Primary curriculum
v. Utilize innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learner understanding and participation
v. Conduct assessments, give constructive feedback, and support learners’ academic progress.
v. Cater to diverse learning needs, including special education learners.
v. Prepare charts and other teaching and learning materials
v. Prepare individual work plan
v. Prepare home works, assessments and end of term tests
Requirements
v Grade 12 certificate, minimum of 5 credits subjects including English and Mathematics and any Science subject.
v. Diploma or Degree in Primary Education and Early Childhood Education from a recognized institution.
v. Registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) and holder of a Valid Practicing Licence.
v. At least 1–2 years of teaching experience preferred (fresh graduates may apply).
v. Should be able to teach Cinyanja.
v. Must be computer literate- word, excel and power point proficient.
v. Desire to continue to grow and develop professionally
v. Great communication and interpersonal skills
v. Good organization and time management skills.
v. Enthusiasm and flexibility.
