• Previous bartending experience is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of cocktails, beers, spirits and other beverages
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Honest, reliable and well-groomed
• Able to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Good cash-handling skills
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and late-night shifts
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude

• Prepare and serve drinks efficiently and professionally
• Provide excellent service to customers
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the bar
• Monitor stock and minimise wastage
• Follow company procedures and responsible service standards
