Requirements
• Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science/Telecommunications/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of IT project management methodologies, processes, tools, and documentation.
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
• Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, Agile, or equivalent will be an added advantage.CORE COMPETENCIES:

Responsibilities
• Assist in the planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, and closure of IT projects in line with approved business requirements, budgets, schedules, and technical standards.
• Coordinate IT project activities involving internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, vendors, and technology service providers.
• Manage and coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure delivery in accordance with agreed technical specifications, contractual requirements, schedules, safety requirements, and service standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, technology deployment, operational efficiency, and service quality.
• Provide end-user support and training in line with service level agreements
• Proactively communicate with users to set expectations and enable the most efficient service delivery
• Promote adherence to the company's Business Management System, policies, and procedures.
