A leading supplier of high-quality seeds and agricultural inputs is seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our dynamic team in Harare. Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary processes, payroll processing. Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation. Contribute to organisational development initiatives and employee engagement activities. Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements: Graduate Trainee - A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial and Organisational Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. High level of integrity, professionalism, and a strong willingness to learn. Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and familiarity with HR software (e.g. Belina Payroll). Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Must be available to start Immediately. Very Competitive remuneration package based on the experience of the candidate.
