About the Graduate Trainee Program
This dynamic 18-month Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to provide immersive, hands-on manufacturing experience. Trainees will be equipped with the practical skills, knowledge, and exposure needed to grow into future manufacturing leaders within a fast-growing industrial setting.

Key Areas of Exposure
- Assisting with plant documentation and production records
- Supporting process monitoring and operational controls
- Participating in raw materials handling and inventory management
- Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards
- Contributing to packaging, sealing, and dispatch of finished products
- Assisting with laboratory research and development trials
- Demonstrating a proactive safety mindset and attention to detail

Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Manufacturing/Production Engineering
- Experience: At least one year of industrial attachment experience in a private sector setting, preferably in a diverse, cross-cultural environment
- License: A valid Class 4 driver's license with a Defensive Driving Certificate

Location
- The programme is based at Intrachem's Kwekwe Plant, offering comprehensive, hands-on learning in a high-impact production environment.
