*EXCAVATOR OPERATOR x 2*

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: -

Performing pre-checks and machine safety inspection before commencing work.
Conducting risk assessment before commencing a given task.
Monitoring machine hours and advise the garage when it is due for scheduled maintenance.
Operating the excavator for the purposes of mining plant feed and excavation of ponds.
Assisting in lifting and handling of plant equipment and structures.
Ensuring that SHE/QA procedures are being maintained

*PERSON SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS*

Relevant Certificate of Competence.
Minimum of 25 years of age.
Reference letter from previous employer.
Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience preferably in a mining environment.
