DevOps Lead

*Position Overview*

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Lead to drive the implementation of automation and DevOps best practices across our cloud infrastructure. This is a senior technical role that involves leading initiatives to improve reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency for modern cloud environments.

*Key Responsibilities*

◇Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines
◇Champion Infrastructure as Code practices across projects
◇Lead automation efforts across infrastructure and deployments
◇Develop and maintain monitoring and alerting systems
◇Optimize resource usage and manage cloud costs
◇Guide and mentor the team on DevOps methodologies and tools

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

◇5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related roles
◇Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Shell)
◇Expertise with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
◇Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
◇Deep knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

*Preferred Qualifications*

◇Experience with industry-recognized cloud certifications
◇Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar
◇Understanding of cloud and application security best practices
◇Experience working with microservices-based systems
◇Exposure to agile and DevOps-focused development lifecycles
