WARRANTY CLAIMS ADMINISTRATOR- Cape Town Administering the end- to end warranty claim process, claims for validity, compliance with manufacturer policies, processing paperwork to close claim. Monthly reporting on claims trends, costs and improvements. Must have warranty claims administration experience in a service, repair or claims processing role in the manufacturing environment. Strong Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word) and SYSPRO or similar ERP system.
