WAREHOUSE, LOGISTICS & DISTRIBUTION OFFICER

Key Responsibilities:
ROLE PURPOSE
To act as custodian of all physical inventory and its movement, ensuring absolute stock accuracy, asset discipline, and on-time delivery to branches and customers.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse & Custody:
• Receiving and verification of stock
• GRN accuracy and bin management
• Cycle counts and stock-takes
• Loss prevention and damage control
Logistics & Distribution:
• Dispatch and delivery to branches and customers
• Route planning and delivery scheduling
• Proof of delivery enforcement
• In-transit stock accountability
Fleet & Assets:
• Custodian of delivery vehicles and bikes
• Fuel, usage, and maintenance controls

Bachelor’s Degree: Preferrably in Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Purchase & Supply.
Higher National Diploma in Transport or Logistics and Health & Safety: Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHAS) or similar standards is an added advantage.
●Data Analysis: Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for tracking stock levels and KPIs.
●3-5 years working experience in a similar high pace environment
