Site Supervisors (Hre x 2 & Byo x1

• Upholds the HSSE POLICY by promoting, training and enforcing safe practices on the sites in line with International and company HSSE policy.
• Ensures and enforces compliance to Standard Operations ( SOPs ) and company policies.
• Leads motivates, supervises and provides support to site fillers under his span in all daily site operations.
• To provide technical support and knowledge on site machines and procedures to fillers, showing an ability to deal with technical issues.
• Monitors, controls all records ( log sheets and receipt books) and monitors cash sales daily.
• Stock management – manages site stock and gas losses daily including product receipts and weighing.
• Issuing and managing of site asset register, requirements and stationery.
• Monitors and supervises staff to ensure that fillers are disciplined in the execution of their of their duties but not limited to gooming, attendance and punctuality.
• To attend meetings with Sales team.
• Trains and coaches attendants in all aspects of site operations including but not limited to customer service, standard gas filling procedures and Health and Safety.
• Engages with customers and maintains the highest levels of customer service delivery at all times.
• Monitors and supervises individual and team performance to meet and exceed daily sales volume targets.
• Maintains highest level of housekeeping on all sites by supervising daily, weekly and monthly housekeeping tasks.
• Monitors and benchmarks site volumes and pricing against competition in the trade areas of each site.

Minimum of a Degree in a related field
