We seek to recruit an experienced and qualified Shift Boss based at Freda Rebecca Gold Mine in Bindura.
About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Shift Boss to join our Mining team. This position reports to the Mine

About You
• Diploma in Mining
• Bsc. Honours degree n Mining Engineering is an added advantage
• A holder of a Full Blasting Licence
• Clean Class 4 Driver's licence
• A minimum of 4 years underground mining Experience

Roles & Responsibilities
• Ensures compliance to Mining Regulations, SHEQ policies and procedures.
• Coordinates mining activities with the objective of meeting production targets.
• Assesses the quality of work performed by subordinates and initiates corrective action where necessary.
• Ensures the maintenance of high standards of housekeeping.
• Ensures the adequate provision of resources, machinery and equipment and controls use of the same to ensure it is within budget.
• Monitors the performance of machinery and equipment and ensures effective utilization of the same.
• Manages on the job training and development of subordinates.
• Prepares and submits requisite reports.
• Performs any other Responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.
