Location: BulawayoBoardmart Investments (Private) Limited invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to fill the following positions within our production and sales operations.
1. MACHINISTS – CNC / EDGEBANDER / PANEL SAW

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating relevant woodworking machinery
• Strong understanding of board materials and cutting optimization
• Ability to read technical drawings and measurements accurately
• Attention to detail, precision, and quality control
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Operate CNC routers, edgebanders, and panel saw machines according to job specifications
• Read and interpret cutting lists, technical drawings, diagrams, and measurements
• Set up machines, adjust parameters, and ensure accurate, high-quality output
• Inspect finished panels for quality, accuracy, and finish
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and report mechanical faults
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
Work closely with other production teams to meet deadlines
