Our team leads high-impact initiatives that elevate our talent strategy and strengthen DoorDash's leadership bench.About the RoleAs a Leadership Sourcer, you will own the research, market mapping, and proactive engagement strategy for Director-level talent across G&A, Sales, Strategy & Operations, and CXI. You will partner closely with Leadership Recruiters and senior business leaders to define search strategies, generate robust and diverse pipelines, and cultivate long-term relationships with top external leaders.
