We partner closely with executives across all non-technical organizations to build diverse, high-impact leadership teams that accelerate our company's ability to operate, scale, and innovate. Our team leads some of the most strategic and complex searches at DoorDash and plays a critical role in shaping the future of our business.About the RoleIn this role, you will lead Director-level searches across all Non-Technical functions, including G&A, Sales, Strategy & Operations, and CXI. You will own full-cycle leadership recruiting: developing inclusive search strategies, advising senior stakeholders, and cultivating long-term relationships with top talent in the market. In your first 90 days, you will begin managing a portfolio of active searches, build trust with key executives, and establish rigorous operating mechanisms for search execution.
