KEY ACCOUNT OFFICER – CIMAS HEALTH GROUP
Job Summary
Cimas Health Group, driven by its purpose to inspire healthier communities, seeks a highly motivated Key Account Officer. This role serves as the primary strategic liaison between Cimas Health Group and its clients, centring on building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships and ensuring client retention. Cimas Health Group wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Key Account Officer.
Requirements
Key Competencies
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan and organise in line with job requirements.
• Ability to analyse and solve work-related problems while achieving the right outcome simultaneously.
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
• Clean Class 4 Driver’s Licence.
Requirements
• First degree in business management, Sales and marketing management or equivalent.
• Post-qualification in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage.
• At least 2 years’ experience.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Engaging with Key Corporate Accounts and overseeing account management.
• Conducting daily key account visits and reviewing performance of key Accounts.
• Monitoring monthly contribution payments.
• Liaising with Customer Service team for Key Accounts debt collection initiatives.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly regional account reports.

Prior to the Second World War in 1939, discussions were held in the then Salisbury Chambers of Commerce and Industry on the need for some form of medical aid insurance for employees in the private sector.
