Reporting to the Claims Manager, the main purpose of the Intern is to assist the claims team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Attend to client queries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Handle authorizations promptly and accurately.
• Perform indexing and management of claims.
• Process claims in a timely and organized manner.

Studying towards Honors Degree Insurance and Risk Management and having completed and passed second year.
