Job Title: Full-Time Human Resources Clerk
Reporting to: Human Resources Management
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the HR department by performing clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maint
aining employee records.
• Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update employee information in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Compile and verify timesheet data and assist in preparing payroll related documents to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial training sessions.
• Help implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulating.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing assistan
ce as needed.
• Handle a variety of general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
• Handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion and adherence to privacy regulations
• Stay informed and ensure adherence to all relevant HR-related laws and regulations.
Requirements
Requirements
• 2 years’ experience
• Diploma or degree in Human Resources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
