HEAD PROPERTY SERVICES

The incumbent will report to the Post Master General and will be responsible for the following, among other duties;
• Develop and execute the property and real estate strategic, business and operational plans and initiatives to grow the asset base.
• Manage Zimpost’s immovable property portfolio while pursuing and exploring the full range of opportunities in the real estate business.
• Manage sales, valuation, property management and land development projects.
• Act as the Company’s Registered Agent and overseeing the Trust Account and ensure that business is conducted in compliance with regulations.
• Spearhead immovable assets growth strategies through land acquisition, building maintenance and modernization
• Oversee rentals or leases of properties.
• Review plans for new construction with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features
• Manage all Zimpost Properties and ensure that all property portfolio management issues comply with legal provisions.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Rural & Urban Planning or equivalent
• MBA, MBL, MSc or any other professional qualification e.g. National Diploma in Real Estate, is an added advantage
• Must be a Registered Estate Agent with the Estate Agents Council of Zimbabwe
• 5 years’ experience at supervisory level
