The job Involves planting, cultivating, and maintaining outdoor green spaces by mowing, trimming, weeding, watering, and fertilizing, using various tools and machinery, while ensuring plant health, managing irrigation, and keeping areas tidy, often requiring physical fitness and outdoor work in all weather conditions. Key duties include lawn care, pruning, pest control and soil management

• Ordinary Level education at least 5 passes.
• Supportive and caring for customers.
• Commitment to the rights of the customers.
• Accountable & able to accept responsibility.
• Good communication & listening skills (written & verbal).
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Able to cope with the physical demands of the job.

• Plant Care: Planting, transplanting, watering, fertilizing, and applying treatments to flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Lawn Maintenance: Mowing, edging, raking, and aerating lawns.
• Pruning & Trimming: Shaping hedges, shrubs, and trees to maintain appearance and health.
• Weeding & Pest Control: Removing weeds and treating pests and diseases.
• Ground Maintenance: Clearing debris, litter, and maintaining pathways.
• Equipment Operation: Safely using and maintaining mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other machinery.
• Soil Management: Preparing garden beds, amending soil, and managing irrigation systems.
