Job Description
The Electronic Security & AV Specialist will be responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of the Group’s electronic security systems and distributed audiovisual (AV) infrastructure across all the business units. The role spans CCTV surveillance, access control, alarm systems, and perimeter security across various Hotel Business Units and extends to the setup, maintenance, and support of Audio Visual equipment across all conference rooms, boardrooms, and meeting facilities. The role will ensure that all physical security technology and AV infrastructure are operational, properly maintained, and aligned with the Group’s overall security and operational strategy.
Requirements
KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
Technical expertise in IP CCTV, access control systems, alarm management, and perimeter surveillance, including outdoor site deployments.
Proficiency with Audio Visual integration platforms, conferencing technologies, and distributed AV room systems, including setup, configuration, and fault diagnosis.
Understanding of IP networking as it relates to security systems.
Strong practical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Detail-oriented with strong documentation capabilities.
Ability to work independently across multiple and geographically dispersed sites with minimal supervision.
Vendor and contractor management experience.
