Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven results
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Suite
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar)
• Knowledge of social media marketing across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to brand consistency
• Understanding of the Zimbabwean job market is a plus

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
