CALL FOR SUPPLIERS

BOOST Fellowship invites qualified and reputable suppliers to apply for registration in its approved supplier database for the 2026 financial year. Interested and eligible suppliers are encouraged to submit applications under the relevant categories listed below. Current suppliers are also required to re-apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality goods and services in line with specified standards and technical requirements.

Applicants must submit the following documentation through the official registration form:
• Company profile including product/service list and three trade • Company registration documents (including CR14, CR6, CR2)
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (ITF 263)
• VAT Registration Certificate
• Proof of physical business address
• Banking details
