Job Description

Accounting Assistant-Clinic and Pharmacy

Key Responsibilities:
➢ Assist in maintaining general ledger entries and financial records.
➢ Record daily transactions, including patient payments, pharmacy sales, and vendor invoices.
➢ Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivables.
➢ Assist in bank reconciliation’s and cash handling.
➢ Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities.
➢ Prepare basic financial reports as required by management.
➢ Assist with patient billing, receipts and payment tracking.
➢ Verify billing data from clinic services and pharmacy sales.
➢ Track Pharmacy inventory costs and expenses.

Requirements

Job Requirements
➢ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Risk Management or related field.
➢ 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experiences.
➢ Familiarity with billing systems, POS systems or accounting software.
➢ Ability to handle confidential financial and patient information.
➢ Proficiency in MS Excel and basic office software
