Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a mature, detail
• oriented, and dependable Administrator to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong Experience in finance and administration who is passionate about operational excellence and eager to support business growth.
The ideal candidate is organized, computer literate, a confident communicator, and capable of managing office functions independently. Prior Experience in manufacturing or mining environments is a significant advantage.

Requirements

Requirements and Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Aged between 40–45 years.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ Experience in administrative or finance
• related roles.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in a manufacturing or mining environment is an added advantage.
• A valid driver’s license is a must
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication Skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and uphold confidentiality.
• Location: Based in Masvingo, with openness to relocate accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities

Administration and Office Management
Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and documentation.
Organize and manage administrative systems, databases, and filing structures.
Assist with internal audits and prepare reports for senior management.
Coordinate logistics, meetings, and internal communications.
Oversee general office upkeep and procurement.
Finance and Compliance Support
Monitor budgets, petty cash, and financial expenditures.
Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
Liaise with external service providers such as banks, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Assist with monthly financial reports and ensure alignment with management expectations.
Contribute to process improvements and system efficiencies across operations.
