A content creator is responsible for producing engaging digital content—such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, or graphics—to inform, entertain, or promote a brand. The role typically requires a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field, along with strong writing, creative, and social media Skills. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing software is often expected. A solid understanding of SEO and content strategy is a plus. Most employers look for at least 1 year of Experience creating content and managing digital platforms, along with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
