Job Description
Applications are invited from candidates for the post of Sexual Reproductive Health Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and report on SRH clinical and outreach activities.
Provide SRH case management, Education, and counselling services to ARC clients and their families and provide follow
• up care as needed.
Participate in SRH
• related research, and surveys.
Enhance awareness of SRHR, develop and distribute IEC materials on SRH information and access.
Promote access to SRH services, including referrals for specialized tests and treatment.
Coordinate, manage, and track project milestones and implementation of activities as indicated in the work plan and alert management of any deviations from project plans.
Ensuring that the appropriate filling system is implemented for all documentation (eg program reports, budgets, and expenditure reports)
Participate as needed in high
• priority activities for the SRH program, including but not limited to data analysis and interpretation, SRH capacity building, program performance reviews, etc.
Participate in establishing funding Requirements for reproductive health activities and contribute to developing proposals for sustainable programming.
In consultation with the Director, develop an annual work plan and budget for SRH services under ARC.
Represent ARC's work and specifically SRH activities in SRH coordination meetings.
Ensure all staff are trained on the prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH) and are fully informed of the code of conduct and zero tolerance for SEAH.

Health
• related degree: Public health, Nursing, Midwifery, Reproductive health.
A Master’s degree in the above disciplines is an added advantage.
Certification in HIV and AIDs testing and counselling services.
Certification in Family Planning methods or other clinical sexual reproductive health Skills.
