Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail
• oriented HR Officer to support our human resources department. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, coordinate, and evaluate training programs
Maintain accurate training and development records
Prepare job descriptions, advertise positions, and manage the hiring process
Process payroll and ensure compliance with statutory deductions
Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries
conduct onboarding and off boarding process
Manage talent acquisition and employee performance appraisal process
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
Attend works council meetings and liaises with trade unions
Oversee employee health and safety initiatives
Maintain accurate employee records

Requirements

Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or related field
IPMZ Certificate/ Diploma in Labor / (an added advantage)
At least 2 years post graduate Experience
27. Years and above
Strong knowledge of labour laws and Industrial relations
An Appreciation of Belina Payroll
