July28 is a dynamic accounting and consulting firm. We are seeking a highly capable, results
• oriented
Office Secretary and Front Office Management Trainee to support the organization and manage
key administrative and consulting support functions.
Role Profile
This is a pivotal organizational role. The trainee will be responsible for ensuring the efficient
functioning of the office while providing crucial administrative, research, and project support to the
entire team.

Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive and Administrative Management
• Provide comprehensive calendar management, email screening, and correspondence
management for the Managing Consultant.
• Prepare detailed Board Packs, meeting agendas, and presentation materials.
2. Front Office Management
• Serve as the professional first point of contact for the firm.
• Manage the reception area, welcome visitors, and handle all incoming/outgoing
communications.
3. Operational Coordination
• Oversee support staff, including the driver, gardener, and housekeeping, to ensure office
standards are maintained.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience
• Education: A Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
• Experience: No prior work Experience or university degree is required.
• Technical Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power. Point). Ability to
learn new office management software rapidly.
• Communication: Exceptional writing, verbal, and presentation Skills. Must be able to type
a. minimum of 80 words per minute.
• Logistics: Must possess a valid, Clean Class 4 Driver’s License.
