Operations Manager

Managing overall operations of Leisure Centre Investments
Responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, quality control and safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:
Look and explore opportunities to increase sales in the business.
Contribute operations and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Analyzing financial budgets and implementing changes to improve the financial status of the organization
customer care and relationship management
Serve as primary point of contact when there is customer issues related to service quality, customer care and mishaps onsite.
Monitor website and social media accounts to ensure positive marketing of our products and services.

Degree in Hospitality management, Business Management or equivalent,
Master's degree in any of the related degrees is an added advantage.
At least 2yrs working Experience in the industry
