The Fuel Data Capturer will be responsible for accurately recording, monitoring, and reconciling all fuel
• related transactions within the depot. The role ensures smooth fuel management processes, data integrity, and proper reporting to support operational efficiency and accountability in the fuel value chain.

• Degree/HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or any other relevant Requirements.
• Experience in the fuel industry is a MUST.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
• Solid data entry, reporting, and reconciliation Skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.

• Capture and update all fuel receipts, issues, and transfers into the system in real time.
• Reconcile daily fuel usage, stock levels, meter readings, and delivery records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fuel usage reports for management review.
• Identify variances, investigate discrepancies, and escalate anomalies promptly.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of all fuel
• related records.
• Liaise with depot supervisors, drivers, and accounts personnel to ensure correct and complete data flow.
• Monitor fuel consumption trends and highlight irregular patterns.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, safety standards, and company policies.
