Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the management of crisis response and emergency preparedness programs.
• Conduct security training sessions, mentor staff, and support capacity
• building initiatives.
• Manage the Enterprise Security Risk Management (ESRM) system.
• Ensure thorough investigations are conducted for every reported incident and oversee incident response activities.
• Contribute to threat management and intelligence gathering to protect lives, assets, and information.
• Address insider threats and promote workplace safety.
• Supervise personnel protection and clinic security across both AHF standalone and supported sites.
• Oversee physical security systems and guard force management operations.
• Ensure management receives timely and scheduled security reports
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of security
• related activities.
• Foster cross
• regional collaboration on security matters.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant areas such as Security Management, Crisis and Disaster Management,, Criminology, International Relations, or a related discipline (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 7 years' Experience in regional or multi
• country security management, preferably within NGOs
or humanitarian operations.
• Demonstrated leadership in crisis response, investigations, and training.
• Professional certification preferred: CPP, PSP, or CFE.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese proficiency an advantage.
• Active membership in recognized professional associations (ASIS, OSAC, ISMA, ACFE, etc.) desirable.
