• Sourcing and shortlisting suitable candidates.
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.
• Supporting the UK Healthcare team with daily recruitment needs.
• Working towards clear targets within a fast
• paced environment.

Requirements:
• Previous recruitment Experience (healthcare or UK recruitment Experience preferred, though strong general recruitment Experience will be considered).
• Ability to work UK business hours.
• UK bank holidays apply, not Zimbabwe public holidays.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management Skills.
• Target
• driven, organised, and comfortable working under pressure.
• Must have full rights to work in Zimbabwe.
