Director, HR Policy and Process Automation

About the RoleWe are building a radically more efficient, intelligent, and AI-powered People Operating System. As the Director, Policy and Process Automation, you will be responsible for developing the mechanisms for codifying existing policies, defining new ones and determining where we at DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo should consolidate or differentiate people processes and where automation will yield the most impactful returns.In this role, you'll lead bold, hands-on transformation that connects people, process, and technology in ways that save thousands of hours, improve employee experiences, and deliver measurable business impact. You will also perform in a Chief of Staff capacity and partner closely with COEs, business unit People leaders, engineers, product managers, and operations leaders worldwide.
