FINISHED GOODS WAREHOUSE CLERK

JOB SUMMARY
To maintain zero variance for all finished product inventories received from production department and sales to customers to minimize customer complaints while ensuring the practice of safety, health and environment. Also responsible for assisting with security fraud and prevention to ensure conformity with all finished products stored in warehouse daily.

Key Responsibilities:

● Count and verify finished product inventories received in warehouse
● Inspect products and report any anomalies to supervisor.
● Assist in the preparation of periodic warehouse and sales reports.
● Assist in the analysis of finished goods and sales data to maintain optimum stock levels
● Assist with the preparation of monthly stock count for finished products.
● Verification of inventory balances by comparing them to physical stock counts and investigate any discrepancies.
● Quarantining non
• confirming inventory from confirming stocks.
● Responsible for safety of stock by making sure all Central Stores Warehouses are secure

JOB Skills & Skills
Knowledge of Stock Control
Warehousing Experience.
Ability to prioritize work, manage time and demonstrate good organizational Skills
Ability to analyze and write reports
Requirements AND Experience
● Diploma or Certificate in Stores Management/Supply Chain / Logistics.
● 5 “O” Levels including English and Mathematics / Accounts.
