Job Description

Reports To: HR Director.

Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement industrial relations policies aligned with labor laws and organizational goals.
2. Ensure compliance with national labor legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies.
3. Act as the primary liaison between management and trade unions.
4. Lead collective bargaining negotiations and manage union agreements.
5. Handle grievances, disputes, and disciplinary procedures.
6. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
7. Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
8. Advise senior management on IR trends, risks, and strategies.
9. Provide guidance to line managers on handling employee relations issues.
10. Conduct training sessions on labor laws, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
11. Promote open communication channels between employees and management.
12. Maintain accurate records of IR cases, negotiations, and agreements.
13. Prepare reports for senior leadership and external regulatory bodies.

Requirements

Requirements.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Law, or related field.
2. Professional certification in HR or Industrial Relations is an advantage.
3. Minimum 5–7 years of Experience of working under the ministry of public service labour and social welfare.
4. Proven Experience in union negotiations, conflict resolution, and labor law compliance.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Good Computer literacy and proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
