• paying customers through its stores is looking for a Call Centre Sales Representative.
Job Description – Call Centre Sales Representative
Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified persons to fill in a vacancy that has arisen within our company. The role will be based in Harare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new sales opportunities and contact potential customers via phone/email/Whats. App.
• Issuing and follow up of quotations in order to generate sales
• Manage the telephone, answer, and return calls, ensure follow ups are done
• Consistently meet and exceed your sales targets
• Produces daily, weekly and monthly performance reports to Supervisor

Requirements AND Experience
• A minimum of 12 months of progressive call centre retail hardware Experience
• O ‘level /A ‘level Requirements
• A detailed understanding of hardware products is a must.
• Diploma/Degree in Sales & Marketing/Humanites or the equivalent is an added advantage
