POST L: SALES AND MARKETING SUPERVISOR (1 POST)

• At least 5 ‘O’ levels
• At least Degree in Marketing Management/ Public Relations
• At least 1 year of Experience in the retail FMCG secto

• Supervise and support the sales and marketing team; conduct training to enhance Skills and product knowledge; set and monitor performance targets
• Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies based on company goals, market trends, and customer feedback
• Plan and manage multi
• channel marketing campaigns; oversee creation of promotional content and materials.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders; handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Conduct research to identify opportunities, threats, and competitor activities; inform strategic decisions.
• Generate regular sales reports and performance presentations; track KPIs and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage sales and marketing budgets; evaluate ROI for marketing activities to ensure efficient resource use.
• Coordinate with finance, product development, and external vendors/agencies to align goals and execute projects.
• Ensure all activities follow legal and ethical standards; uphold and promote a positive company image.
• Stay updated on industry trends; foster innovation and process improvement within the team.
• Perform any additional relevant Responsibilities as assigned.
