As a Staff Benefits Analyst you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, to deliver on key projects, deliverables and programs. This is the perfect role for a person who has deep expertise and passion to deliver best-in-class benefits programs and processes.ResponsibilitiesProject manage and lead key initiatives to support the benefits functionRecommend and enhance current programs, policies, and processes for both short-term and longer-term business needs and goalsProvide ongoing support for vendor management by participating in regular status calls and strategic reviews, proactively driving root causes, proactively identifying areas for process improvement and implementation of new initiativesManage and enhance our Wellbeing programLead the Benefits Open Enrollment process, including partnering with vendors/brokers/consultants to manage employee communications, prepare benefit plan materials, coordinate timelines and address employee questionsCoordinate and facilitate compliance related matters, in partnership with external vendors, including (but not limited to) completion of Form 5500s, ACA filings,
