Building and Maintenance Officer / Clerk Of Works

Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will report to the Property Manager and will be responsible for the following amongst other Responsibilities;

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Building Technology, Architecture Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant working Experience.
• A clean class 4 driver’s licence is a must.
