Job Description
Community Technology Development Trust (CTDT) is a Zimbabwean Private Voluntary Organization (PVO), registration number PVO
• 28/12. The organization has for the past three decades contributed towards transforming rural livelihoods in Zimbabwe, through interventions aimed at building community resilience, income generation, food and nutrition security, restoration of degraded landscapes, conservation and sustainable utilization of natural resources and provision of clean water, sanitation and hygiene for decent lives. Through financial support from various donors and collaboration with like
• minded institutions and civil society organizations, CTDT has championed the recognition of farmers rights, adoption of appropriate technologies, growing of traditional grains and promotion of agro
• ecological practices. In pursuit of the domestication of international treaties and protocols, CTDT has worked with government and other like
• minded organizations to review pieces of legislation which are retrogressive and replaced them with pro
• developmental policies that are transformative and best suited to the local context. Several funding partners, academia, local authorities, service providers, government offices and project participants have contributed in different ways to this noble course.

Requirements
The Consultant/ Team should possess the required expertise and relevant Experience in designing and execution of an overarching End of Project Evaluation which meets the standard operating procedures set out in the TORs. The Consultant is expected to uphold the ‘Do no harm principle’ in executing their work.
