Responsibilities
Fixed Assets
• Ensuring all assets acquired by group companies are capitalised.
• Ensuring group companies asset registers are well maintained, i.e. ensuring depreciation runs monthly and updating the general ledger.
• Managing asset disposal process and ensuring registers are updated.
• Approving Fixed asset journals.
• Reviewing Group fixed asset reconciliations ensuring the submodule and GL are always in aligned.
• Planning and executing annual Group asset verification exercise across the country.
• Maintaining and updating Group fixed asset policies.
• Preparing and consolidating CAPEX plans Tracking, controlling and reporting on Capital expenditure.
• Handling internal and external audits.D365
• Reviewing user list and user rights.
• Opening and closing financial periods.
• Supporting Group companies with D365 Requirements, gathering and liaising with TCOE and vendor for a solution.
• Assisting with Business process re
• engineering.
• Leading Finance system projects implementation.
• Coordinating UATs, liaising with Finance teams in Group companies, TCOE and the vendor.
• Vendor relationship management and management of vendor invoices.
• Management of user onboarding into the system and assisting users with rights Requirements.
• Identifying, logging IBAMS and working with teams to resolve them.
• Coordinating user training.
• Providing first line query resolution.
• Handling internal and external system auditsRISK (Finance risk Champion)
• Logging risk events in the system, reporting on tax risk, credit risk, financial risk, model risk, market risk and liquidity riskBalance Sheet and liquidity Management
• Assisting with quarterly group Financial Risk Management reporting i.e Liquidity risk, credit risk, market risk and capital risk.
• Assisting with policy attestations and policy refreshment.Finance
