Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety strategies, policies, and procedures across the Group and subsidiaries.
Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry
• specific health and safety regulations through regular policy reviews and updates.
Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections, recommending and monitoring corrective actions.
Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, prepare reports, and implement preventative measures.
Design and maintain emergency preparedness and response plans, including evacuation and crisis management strategies.
Deliver and coordinate health and safety training, awareness programs, and safety campaigns for employees and contractors.
Collaborate with HR, Facilities, and other departments to integrate health and safety practices into daily operations.
Act as the main point of contact with regulatory authorities, consultants, and contractors on health and safety matters.

Requirements, Skills, and Experience Required:
