Come join a career you can grow in and a culture you can run with.OverviewThe Multifamily Construction Manager oversees construction sites, sub-contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety. The Multifamily Construction Manager ensures all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures, and that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and permitted design.
The Multifamily Construction Manager discusses project progress and schedules with the site personnel and updates the Project Manager accordingly. The Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring every site is operating and communicating properly, prior to signing off on the final QC Inspection.ResponsibilitiesManages quality and safety through jobsite visits and photo reviewDocuments the site visit findings in order to track and drive timelinesTravels up to 5
nights per week to visit projects in the fieldCommunicates with project manager when field issues ariseFollows up on previous escalations to ensure their completionReviews safety plans prior to visiting jobsite and enforces them throughout the life of the projectResponsible for the final job close out and commissioning verificationPerforms daily in person analysis for quality of workmanshipQu
