Maintenance Planner

Prodairy, a leading manufacturer of fast
• moving consumer goods, is looking for a Maintenance Planner. The role involves efficient planning of preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and cost
• efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develops maintenance plans for all production lines.
• Coordinates with relevant teams on maintenance issues to ensure smooth workflows.
• Schedules preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime, considering production trends, resource availability, and manufacturer Requirements.
• Schedules and allocates corrective maintenance as needed.
• Communicates maintenance plans, progress, and issues with stakeholders.
• Analyses maintenance data for monthly reports on plant availability, planned completion, and utilities usage.
• Adheres to safety, health, environment, and quality systems.
• Performs any other Responsibilities as required.

• 3 years’ plus Experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Equipment
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet set deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem
• solving Skills
