Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our fuel and retail team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
3. Team Management: Lead and motivate cross
• functional teams, including production, logistics, and administrative staff.
4. Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and identify cost
• saving opportunities.
5. Quality Control: Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory Requirements, and company policies.
6. Supply Chain Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and optimize inventory management.
7. Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
8. Problem
• Solving: Troubleshoot operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
2. Proven Experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management Skills.
4. Excellent analytical, problem
• solving, and communication Skills.
5. Ability to work in a fast
• paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
6. Knowledge of the fuel industry is crucial.
