Location: Dema and Mutoko

• Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing (or related field).
• Previous Experience in retail or sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast
• paced environment.
• Good organizational and record
• keeping Skills.
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of POS systems.
• A customer
• oriented attitude with a passion for sales.

• Assist customers by providing product information, processing sales, and handling inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales area.
• Accurately process cash, card, and mobile money transactions.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with stock replenishment, and participate in stock counts.
• Keep accurate records of sales, receipts, and customer transactions.
• Support promotional and marketing activities within the store.
• Provide after
• sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report sales trends, customer feedback, and inventory issues to supervisors.
