REPORTING ANALYST
We are looking for a dedicated and detail
• oriented Reporting Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Director – Rural Development & Industrialisation, the successful applicant will, among other Key Responsibilities, be responsible for:

• Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for all business units.
• Performing essential accounting functions such as reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
• Analysing financial and program data to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Supporting the monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects, tracking progress against established targets and indicators.
• Presenting financial reports and findings to various stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies while identifying and mitigating financial risks within the programs.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of a knowledge management system for storing and sharing financial reports and data.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements & Experience
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Progress towards a professional Requirements in Accounting (e.g., CA, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.
• 5 ‘O’ Level passes including English Language and Mathematics.
• At least 3 years’ work Experience in financial reporting, accounting, and analysis.

• Proficiency in accounting software packages.
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem

• Excellent communication and presentation Skills.
