We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrator to join our team and support the Executive Chairman in ensuring smooth day
• to
• day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Team Alignment – Ensuring all team members are aligned with the company’s goals, values, and priorities.
2. Insignia Tracking – Developing and maintaining a reliable system to monitor and document companies using the Buy Zimbabwe insignia.
3. Project & Event Management – Planning, organizing, and executing company events, campaigns, and projects.
4. Operational Processes – Designing and implementing processes to improve efficiency.
5. Resource Management – Managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
6. Compliance – Ensuring organizational compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
7. Data Analysis – Analyzing operational data to identify areas of improvement and reporting insights to management.
8. Team Culture – Fostering a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and productivity.
Requirements
• A diploma/degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or relevant Experience).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, spreadsheets, and digital tools).
• Prior Experience in administration or project coordination is an added advantage.
