POSITION 1: CHIEF Mining Engineer

Position Overview:
As a Chief Mining Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing mining projects from conception through to completion. You will work closely with our operations, geological, and environmental teams to ensure that mining processes are efficient, cost
• effective, and compliant with all safety and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Professional engineering certification (e.g., PE, Chartered Engineer) is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of Experience in chrome mining engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mining software (e.g., Auto. CAD, Surpac, Mine. Sight).
• Experience with mining operations and project management.
• Ability to analyze and interpret geological and operational data.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainable mining practices.
• Strong problem
• solving Skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Design and plan mining operations, ensuring optimal resource extraction.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new projects.
• Oversee and manage drilling, blasting, and excavation activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Supervise the development of mining plans and technical reports.
• Provide technical support to operations teams and troubleshoot engineering issues.
• Monitor mine performance and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Manage and optimize the use of equipment, manpower, and resources.
• Collaborate with geologists and environmental specialists to ensure sustainable practices.
• Ensure that all mining operations are carried out within the allocated budget and timeline.
