Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily mining operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety and quality standards
• Develop and implement mining plans, strategies, and budgets to optimize production and minimize costs
• Lead and manage a team of mining professionals, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements:
• Degree in Mining Engineering or related field
• Proven Experience in mine management, in Zimbabwe, preferably gold mining.
• Valid Blasting license.
• Strong technical knowledge of mining operations, safety protocols, and regulatory Requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem
• solving Skills.
• Ability to work in a fast
• paced environment and make informed decisions
